Vendor FAQs
Fill Your Pantry is a community-powered event that connects rural and local eaters with rural and local growers. It’s all about stocking up on farm-fresh staples for winter while supporting the farmers, ranchers, and food producers who feed us.This year, we're excited to partner with Lane County Bounty and Lane County Farmers Market, and we’re adding new options like delivery to reach even more folks—especially in rural areas! For the first time, SNAP will be accepted directly online for pre-orders, and our SNAP Match is $150 with no restrictions—meaning SNAP recipients can walk away with $300 worth of nourishing local food for just $150.
Who can apply to be a vendor?
We prioritize agricultural producers: farmers, ranchers, orchardists, and others growing or raising food. Value-added and non-ag vendors are welcome, but ag producers come first.What’s the deadline to apply?
Vendor applications are open August 1–31, 2025.How are vendors selected?
We prioritize vendors based on:- Lane County first, then Oregon-based producers
- Sustainable and/or organic growing and raising practices
- Animals fed natural diets (e.g., grass-fed/finished)
- Previous participation in Fill Your Pantry
- Variety of products across all vendors
What are the requirements for vendors?
✅ You must grow, raise, or make the products you’re selling (no resale)✅ Value-added items must include 25% locally grown ingredients (Lane County or Oregon)
✅ Please limit non-perishable products—our focus is on fresh, local food

What’s the timeline?
- Aug 1–31: Vendor applications open
- Sept 6: Vendors notified of acceptance
- Sept 6–30: Upload products & inventory to Local Food Marketplace
- Oct 1–30: Online pre-orders open to customers
- Nov 9: In-person pick-up + event sales at Lane Ag Pavilion
