Lane County Fill Your Pantry is a one-of-a-kind fall event that helps our community stock up directly from local farmers, ranchers, and food makers. It’s all about filling your pantry, freezer, and root cellar with nourishing staples for the winter—while putting your food dollars straight into the hands that grow and raise it. This is food sovereignty in action: neighbors supporting neighbors, building resilient local food systems one bulk bag at a time.
This year, we're excited to partner with Lane County Bounty and Lane County Farmers Market, and we’re adding new options like delivery to reach even more folks—especially in rural areas! For the first time, SNAP will be accepted directly online for pre-orders, and our SNAP Match for pre-orders is $150 with no restrictions—meaning SNAP recipients can walk away with $300 worth of nourishing local food for just $150.

If you spend $150, you’ll receive a $150 store credit to place a second online order.

OR Shop In Person
You can also shop the event in person on November 9 from 12–4 PM.
We’ll be offering a SNAP Match that day as well.
Hello friends and neighbors,
Our in-person Fill Your Pantry event is happening this Sunday, November 9th from 12-4 with accessible shopping from 11-12, and our Planning Committee wants to share an important update about our SNAP Match contingency plan.
Due to the continued federal government shutdown, we’ve made the decision to pause our SNAP Match program for this year’s event.
In its place, we’re launching a new way to offer support — the Pantry Bucks Program.
If your household qualifies for SNAP and you’re experiencing a food crisis, you’ll receive $100 in Pantry Bucks to shop with that day at the event.
To receive your Pantry Bucks, please bring your SNAP card and visit the Fill Your Pantry Info Table for details.
(Funds are limited, so we encourage folks to come early.)
We know this situation has created a lot of uncertainty and stress for many in our community. We had hoped to avoid long lines this year, but if they form, we ask everyone to show extra kindness and patience with one another.
We’re all in this together — neighbors helping neighbors, doing what we can to make sure everyone leaves nourished.
With care and solidarity,
Your Fill Your Pantry Planning Committee
Customer FAQs
I pre-ordered online, how does this work?
If you ordered online and have paid in full, you have received an order sheet via email. Maps will be posted and also available at the info booth. Using the map, you will visit each farm that you ordered from to pick up your items! Make sure you let your farmers know you are there for pre-order pick-up, and the name associated with the order.
If you need help loading items into your vehicle, please come visit the info booth or ask one of our name-tagged volunteers for assistance!
I requested aggregation assistance or car loading services, what’s next?
Please check in at the info booth. Your order may be aggregated already, or we may have to let volunteers know that you’ve arrived. Please stay at the info booth until volunteers arrive with your order, which should take between 5-15 minutes depending on how many folks are ahead of you.
Can I buy more than I ordered directly from vendors?
Yes! Most of our vendors brought extra inventory to sell day-of during Fill Your Pantry. Most vendors are accepting credit/debit and cash at their booth, but some may ask you to come swipe your card at the info booth.
I didn’t place an order online. Can I still enter and shop?
Yes. Most of our vendors have offerings to sell during the day, but a couple are only doing pre-orders.
I don’t have SNAP funds available. What additional funding assistance do you offer and how do I participate?
We understand that many SNAP balances are currently affected by the federal government shutdown. To ensure everyone can shop, we’re offering up to $100 credit through our “Pantry Bucks” program to EBT/SNAP card holders. In addition, you may have received “$25 Vouchers” from Burrito Brigade to spend at the Fill Your Pantry Event. Instructions on how to use these are below.
Find a volunteer, or visit the Info Booth, and let them know you’d like to use SNAP/EBT and/or the “Pantry Bucks” program and/or the “$25 Vouchers”.
A staff member or volunteer will give you a SNAP/Pantry Bucks Shopping Sheet.
As you visit farms, write down each item you’d like to buy and the farm name. Farmers will fill in the prices.
When you’re finished shopping, bring the sheet to the Info Booth to redeem your $100 “Pantry Bucks” and “$25 Vouchers”. Staff will review and mark it “PAID.”
The first $100 will be covered by the “Pantry Bucks” emergency credit. Any amount over $100 will be charged to your EBT/SNAP/Oregon Trail Card if you still have funds, or by credit or debit at the Info Booth.
Return to the farm booths and show your PAID shopping sheet to collect your items.
You are welcome to use less than $100, but we cannot offer more than this per EBT/SNAP card holder.
I have an EBT/SNAP/Oregon Trail Card and I want to buy more than $100 worth of product
You can shop for more than $100 in products and still use the emergency “Pantry Bucks”. The first $100 will be covered by the “Pantry Bucks” emergency credit. Any amount over $100 will be charged to your EBT/SNAP/Oregon Trail Card if you still have funds, or by credit or debit at the Info Booth.
Find a volunteer, or visit the Info Booth, to receive your SNAP/Pantry Bucks Shopping Sheet before shopping.
Do you accept other forms of payment such as Farm Direct vouchers, WIC, Farmers Market tokens, or Double Up Food Bucks?
No. Unfortunately we cannot accept these other forms of payments at our event. If you have Farm Direct vouchers, many of the same farmers accept these at the Lane County Farmers Market. Farm Direct Vouchers expire 11/30/2025.
What are Burrito Brigade $25 Vouchers and how do I spend them?
There are $25 Burrito Brigade vouchers that have been distributed throughout the community by Burrito Brigade. These are redeemable at the info booth only alongside your shopping sheet. Please do not hand these to farmers directly.
Something’s wrong with my order. I’m missing an item, got too much of something, or am not satisfied with the quality of the food I received in my order
If you find your product unsatisfactory or you are missing an item, please come to the info booth and fill out a refund request. Staff will verify that the product is unsatisfactory and provide a refund if necessary. No refunds will be issued if requested after November 9th.
What should I bring?
We recommend bringing your own bags, boxes, or carts for carrying items back to your vehicle. There will be carts available to check out at the info booth, but these are limited.
Can someone else pick up my pre-order?
Yes; they’ll just need to give your name at each booth. Please have the pre-order sheet ready to verify that you are receiving what was ordered.
Are pets allowed?
We kindly request that you keep your pets at home.
What is the accessibility hour?
The accessibility hour is held between 11am-12pm, and is designed for shoppers who have requested loading assistance, need extra time, or prefer a lower-contact shopping environment. Staff and volunteers will be masked during this hour. There is accessibility parking located closer to the pavilion than general parking, and we ask that you use these spaces for active loading whenever possible.
I want to submit feedback or comments about the event today. Who do I contact?
Please email info@willamettefarmandfood.org and Faye will get you in touch with the right contact. We value your feedback!
