Online Pre-Orders: October 1–31

Fill Your Pantry is a celebration of local food, abundance, and community. Pre-order your winter staples online, pick them up directly from participating farmers and food producers on November 8, and stick around to shop the farmers market and enjoy the day!

How It Works

1. Pre-Order Online | October 1–31

Shop online from participating local farmers, ranchers, and food producers.

Each vendor manages their own products and inventory, so you'll be able to shop from multiple local producers in one online marketplace.

At checkout, choose:

• Free event pickup on November 8

• Home delivery for an additional fee

• Pantry Bucks, if you are using Pantry Bucks to pay for your order

2. Pick Up Your Order | November 8

Sunday, November 8 | 12–4 PM

Bring your order confirmation with you—either printed or downloaded to your phone. We recommend downloading it ahead of time because cell service can sometimes be spotty at the Lane Events Center.

When you arrive:

1. Find each farmer or food producer listed on your order.

2. Visit their designated Pre-Order Pickup area.

3. Show them your order confirmation.

4. Collect your items!

Your pre-orders will be held by the individual vendors you purchased from rather than at one central pickup location.

Please collect all of your orders before the event closes at 4 PM.

Need Accessibility Support?

Start at the Accessibility Check-In Table.

You do not need to navigate Fill Your Pantry alone.

Our volunteers can provide individualized support, including:

• Helping you find vendors

• Collecting pre-orders with you

• Personal shopping assistance

• Carrying purchases

• Helping load purchases into your vehicle

• Connecting you with seating or quieter areas

• Providing other event-day assistance based on your needs

You will receive additional information about your delivery and approximate delivery time.

The minimum delivery fee within Eugene/Springfield is $50.

Orders outside our standard delivery area or weighing more than 200 pounds may be subject to additional delivery fees. WFFC will contact you if an adjustment is needed.

No Pre-Order? No Problem!

Shop Fill Your Pantry in person from 12–4 PM on November 8.

You do not need to place an online order to attend!

The Agricultural Pavilion is a covered, open-air space, and parking is free.

SNAP/EBT + Pantry Bucks

Important SNAP Update for 2026

Due to updated requirements from the USDA Food and Nutrition Service (FNS), Willamette Farm & Food Coalition is in the process of obtaining our own authorization and equipment to process SNAP/EBT transactions.

Unfortunately, that process will not be completed in time for Fill Your Pantry 2026.

WFFC will not be able to process SNAP/EBT/Oregon Trail Card transactions at this year's event.

Farmers market SNAP processing equipment is authorized for specific locations and cannot simply be transferred to Fill Your Pantry. WFFC must obtain our own authorization in order to process SNAP appropriately.

Pantry Bucks Are Available!

Although we cannot process SNAP/EBT this year, we are committed to making Fill Your Pantry accessible to community members who could benefit from additional food purchasing support. Pantry Bucks funding is limited and available while funds last. Please find the Pantry Bucks booth once you arrive at the event.

If you currently have a SNAP/Oregon Trail Card:
You are eligible for $50 in Pantry Bucks to use toward online pre-orders or in-person purchases at Fill Your Pantry. Your SNAP card will not be charged.

Please bring your SNAP/Oregon Trail Card with you to Fill Your Pantry when you check in to receive your Pantry Bucks.

If your household identifies as at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level:
You are eligible for $25 in Pantry Bucks to use toward online pre-orders or in-person purchases at Fill Your Pantry.

Pantry Bucks can be spent directly with participating Fill Your Pantry farmers and food producers. Pantry Bucks are available on a first-come, first-served basis while funding remains available.

Using Pantry Bucks for an Online Pre-Order?

You can use Pantry Bucks to reserve your food through our online pre-order marketplace.

Your payment method on file will not be charged for your pre-order.

On November 8:

1. Check in at the Pantry Bucks Booth and collect your Pantry Bucks.

2. Visit each farmer or food producer you ordered from. They will have your pre-ordered items held for you.

3. Use your Pantry Bucks to pay each vendor directly.

4. If your order costs more than your Pantry Bucks, pay the remaining balance directly to the vendor.

All Fill Your Pantry vendors accept cash and cards.

Need Additional Food Access Support?

If Fill Your Pantry being unable to accept SNAP/EBT this year creates an undue hardship for you, or if you are currently experiencing a food access emergency, please fill out our Food Access Support Form.

Our Programs Coordinator will follow up with you directly to see how we may be able to support you.

Refunds + Unclaimed Orders

Refunds

Refund requests must be made on Sunday, November 8, the day of Fill Your Pantry.

If an item is:

• Damaged

• Missing from your order

• Materially different from its product description

Please visit the Fill Your Pantry Info Booth and complete a refund request form. Our team will help review the issue and determine next steps.

Refund requests made after November 8 will not be accepted.

Unclaimed Pre-Orders

Pre-orders that are not picked up by 4 PM on November 8 will be considered unclaimed and may be donated.

Unclaimed orders are not eligible for a refund.

Plans change!

Contact us by Saturday, November 7 at 5 PM, and we will do our best to switch your order to home delivery or create a custom pick up option.

Delivery availability and additional fees may apply.

The pavilion is a covered, open-air space, and free parking is available in the main parking lot.
