Join Willamette Farm & Food Coalition for Preserve & Gather, an afternoon of seasonal food, hands-on creativity, live music, and good old-fashioned community connection!
We're taking our food preservation workshops beyond the classroom and turning them into a celebration of everything we love about gathering around food.
We'll kick things off with delicious seasonal Soil to Skillet snacks, followed by a live canning demonstration where you'll learn the basics of safely preserving the harvest. Whether you're a seasoned canner or you've never pickled a thing in your life, you're welcome at the table!
Then we'll turn up the music and let the afternoon unfold! Mix up your own herbal finishing salts, get crafty with some zine making, enter to win raffle prizes, grab a drink from the bar, enjoy food from local food trucks, and spend some time with good people doing good things.
And the best part? Your ticket supports a stronger local food system!
As WFFC prepares to celebrate 45 years of connecting local farmers, food producers, and communities, we're gathering to raise funds for the work ahead. Every ticket helps sustain our food equity programs, community education, and efforts to make locally grown food more accessible throughout the Willamette Valley.
