Snap Pea Salad

Ingredients

  • Snap peas (thinly sliced)

  • Shaved radishes

Instructions

  1. Toss with a dressing of lemon juice, olive oil, and a touch of honey.

  2. Season with a pinch of salt and freshly cracked black pepper.

  3. Gently toss everything together until well coated.

  4. Finish with fresh herbs (like mint or parsley) or a sprinkle of sesame seeds. 

Optional: let sit for 5–10 minutes to allow the flavors to come together before serving.
